Should I sort the jewelry box before visiting?
No. Bring the whole jewelry box, drawer, bag or collection. We can separate the categories and explain what we find while you are with us.
Should I clean inherited jewelry or silver?
No. Cleaning may damage surfaces or remove information. Bring everything in its present condition.
What paperwork should I bring?
Bring any reports, appraisals, receipts, watch papers, coin notes, boxes and family information you already have. Paperwork is helpful but not required.
Can you give prices from photographs?
No. A responsible offer requires an in-person examination, testing where appropriate and review of current market factors.
