I bought my wife’s engagement ring here in 2014 and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, last fall my lost her ring after taking it off in the hospital just prior to giving birth to our son. I went back to Charleston Alexander and was amazed to see so many of the same faces working there that has helped me 7.5 years before, including our jeweler, Karen. That they’ve been able to keep their core group together for so long speaks volumes about the character of their employees and the company itself. Karen, once again was great and while the exact ring couldn’t be replicated she found one very similar, but better, with the slightly bigger carat size I was looking for. She kept in touch with me regularly while the order was being placed and followed up after I had picked it back up. My wife loves her replacement ring and I thank Karen for making each visit to Charleston Alexander a very pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I have been going to Charleston Alexander for over 10 years. We've purchased weddings rings, push presents, and a few anniversary gifts. Every single time the experience was outstanding! We keep coming back because of Karens phenomenal customer service. She's the best! We first visited Charleston Alexander in NOV 1999 and bought a new diamond ring. The service was great and the friendly, comprehensive customer focus was refreshing. When the diamond became loose 22 years later we went back and bought a new ring. Again we were impressed with the products and the knowledge of the staff, specifically Karen. They delivered the new diamond ring within the timeframe they gave us. We were impressed with their follow-up and great customer service. They are a business you can trust.

I was looking for a nice pair of earrings for my wife, to give as a Christmas gift. I spoke with Karen and gave her my budget. I told her I was looking to get the best for my money and she didn't disappoint. The pair of earrings I purchase were a good size and sparkles like I've never seen. The owner, John, came out and spoke to me for a bit when I picked them up and thanked me for my business. I enjoyed the ease of working with them and the quality of their products. Although they are not close to me, location wise, they are worth the trip and I would make the trip for all my future jewelry needs.

Bought my engagement ring there in early 2022 - Karen very patiently and professionally guided me through the process, answering my questions, asked me questions about my fiance's style, going over several stones and bands until we got to the perfect choice. She was pure class through the entire process. We agreed easily on a price with the owner, and they had the ring available well within my needed timeframe. Perfect experience, would 100% recommend.

I recently had a bracelet resized and Charleston Alexander had the links transformed into two beautiful pendants for my daughters. I also had a custom made ruby ring created as a replica of a family heirloom. Karen and John and their team did an excellent job ensuring all my specifications were met, and that I was satisfied with both price and design for optimal results. Cannot express how grateful I am for Duane and the owner as the customer service is amazing. I had a last minute scare before my proposal and had to switch out the ring. I called Duane and told him my girlfriend wanted the halo ring with the simple single silver band. By the grace of God, they had the exact ring and size that fit the diamond I had already had. She was simultaneously professional and personal in her approach. And she was very patient in dealing with a customer who needed to be walked through the basics. In addition there was no sense of a “hard sell”- just a smooth transition from a gift idea to a final transaction. Karen’s follow-up email of thanks was unexpected, but certainly appreciated. This email was clearly not boilerplate, since she referenced personal information concerning my wife and daughter. Excellent customer service, attention to detail. I had gotten both my wedding band and engagement ring from here. They couldn’t do a CAD with wedding band due to the shape/style of the engagement ring so I had to be without it for a couple of weeks. The end result was stunning. The band fit perfect to align with the engagement ring. I’m very happy with both rings and I receive many compliments on my rings.
