Do I need a grading report?
No. Bring reports if you have them, but loose and mounted diamonds can still be examined without paperwork.
Do you buy broken diamond jewelry?
Yes. Broken settings, damaged pieces and single earrings may still have diamond, gemstone, design or precious-metal value.
Should I clean inherited jewelry first?
No. Bring pieces in their present condition with any boxes, receipts, reports or family notes.
